Hello Towne Mill,

The Board of Directors is excited to announce a big change coming to the community on April 1, 2024.  Through careful research and consideration we have made the decision to change HOA management companies and will begin working with Sixes Management Group.  Per the terms of our contract with Exclusive they were notified earlier this week of the decision and will be working closely with the Board and Sixes Management to transition HOA documents and accounts over in what we expect to be a smooth transition.

Please bear with us as we work through all of the details related to this transition.  We will be making additional announcements as we are able to help everyone get setup and gain access to the new tools available.  One of those new tools is an APP for your phone that will give you access to your HOA portal, amenities reservations, and other important information.

We hope each of you are as excited about this change as we are and look forward to new and improved interactions.
