Towne Mill Community - At Large
Towne Mill is a 700+ home community located within the northeastern corner of the city of Canton, Georgia. The community is self-governed by a 5 member Board of Directors and multiple advisory committees. A community management company and an established framework of rules (aka "covenants") help the Board guide the operation and maintenance of the community.

The Summit at Towne Mill
The Summit at Towne Mill is an 80+ home gated area located just inside the western entrance to the at-large community. Residents of this area share full access to community amenities and resources with at-large residents. As a designated "sub-HOA" of Towne Mill the Summit maintains its own resident-elected board of directors, community management company and must adhere to additional community covenants/regulations set forth exclusively for that area of the community.
