Welcome to Towne Mill Community Association
Towne Mill is a master-planned community located just inside the northern city limits of Canton in Cherokee County, Georgia. The 431-acre site was purchased mid-2004 and delivery of the first phase of 350 lots occurred in 2006. Towne Mill is a highly amenitized community that will feature over 600 homes at final buildout.
The Towne Mill Community Association, Inc. is the homeowner managed organization that enforces the covenants and architectural controls. In addition, the association maintains both entrances to the community and green space within the community. These tasks are performed by an elected board of directors who are all volunteers, as well as a contracted property management firm.
